Ongoing dilemma - These are often unisex toilets. From the looks of the wear on the tile, it appears that one is to face the wall, not the door, when one uses these? ;o) Or maybe men face the wall & women face the door? Note the cistern on the right & the dipper. You use the dipper to dip water out of the cistern to 'flush' the toilet. Never, ever, go into these bare footed ;o)
