Our first trip to Paris and we were pleasantly surprised by the Metro train system. We are not subway users in our home life, so this was a new experience. We felt right at home after just a day of using the trains of Paris.

The only stereotype that fit: pickpockets love tourists on the Metro. The stereotypes that don't fit? Odors? None - either from the people or the system! Dirty? Trash was only on the tracks. Graffiti? Tags? Minimal.
