In the summer of 2002, I took a road trip to Glacier National Park in Montana and Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming with my friends Kirk, Megan and Kristin. We car camped our first night in Glacier, and woke up to a great grey morning. On our way to the trailhead, the skies opened up and it poured rain. We stopped at the lodge and lounged in front of the fireplace and ate a huge breakfast. Around noonish the rain broke, so we went to the Cut Bank Campground, where our trail starte. We hiked in about 6 miles and camped at Pitamakan
