It is like going back in time during th medieval age. The devotees form a procession from the village to castle where the Madonna resides. After dressing her in gold, they take her barefooted for 13KM to the Cathedral where it will stay for 40 days. They will do it all over again, to take her back to the castle till the following year. The parade includes: bagpipers sicilian horses and knights.
