I am surprised to see people rave about a collection of concrete/steel/glass structures. What should matter is the soul of a city, where I guess Lahore scores high. To call Islamabad the most beautiful city in South Asia tantamounts to intellectual bankruptcy. Please grow up and expand your horizon.Islamabad is a mofussil town as compared to bigger cities of South Asia like Lahore, Karachi of yours or Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore of India or even Dhaka of Bangladesh. Any genuinely big city will have problems which smaller towns may not face. Look at NYC or London for that matter.

nice pictures "keep them comeing".

Current Islamabad is only 1/5 the size what will be in the future. The Islamabad developed so far is the Zone-I only, there are 5 zones and far into the future this city will continue to be developed with the most modern planning in the World, InshAllah, God willing. The pictures do not show the 10,000+ square foot residential Villas, which are all over the beautiful city of Islamabad, it really looks like french riviera, to put in to perspective, if you show those palatial houses.

There are many skyscrapers in the plans, and underconstruction.
