We then took a scenic road past a long, narrow lake and through snow-covered hills to Linderhof. While waiting for our admission, I had apple strudel with vanilla sauce and Heather had strawberries and cream. Inside, we saw Ludwig's dining room, which included a dining table that could be raised and lowered from the floor below.
