We traveled to the Tarifa area twice. First to go the beach. The beach is windy so lots of windsurfers and para-skiers and the hills behind the beach are full of power windmills. We ventured into town also The second visit was for the Fiestas de la Virgen de Luz Aug 5, 2004.
