Here is an invitation for a walk in Fish Creek Provincial Park located within southwest part of the City of Calgary. This park is over 20 kilometers long and lies in the valley of Fish Creek.
Formerly this area was occupied by the first homestead families in this region. Then, when city expanded, families donated this land to the City of Calgary for recreational use.
Now, Calgarians enjoy this land all year round for the hiking, cycling, nature walks and winter cross-country skiing.
