One can never imagine that Perlis, such a small state of Malaysia, provides wonderful caving experience and unique rock formation view to the visitors. Inheriting the unique mountainous rock formation from southern Thailand, Wang Burma Cave and Kelam cave reveals the underground wonders of nature which are hardly found at other parts of Malaysia. Wang Burma Cave is located inside Perlis Wang Kelian State Park, where Peninsular Malaysia meets Thailand. The park belongs to part of Nakawan Range stretching from southern Thailand, which comprises longest range of limestone hills. Wang Burma cave 1 is a dry cave, while cave 2 is a unique wet-type of cave. The cave is full with unique and interesting rock formation and the venture into the cave requires experience guide as a company. The excitement and beauty of Wang Burma Cave could surpass famous Tempurung Cave. Kelam Cave (Gua Kelam) is more commercialized compared to Wang Burma Cave, but the complete and sturdy walkway attracts visitors to frequent the place.
