We arived at the beach near La Push as the tide was part way out and had to hurry to the tide pools near hole-in-the-wall. I had planed on arriving eariler but we spent some time in the mossy Hoh rain forest. We reached the pools at low tide took our pictures and headed back. I was no longer walking very fast so and my shoes were rubbing my ankles raw so I fell way behind the others. It was getting towards dusk when the fog rolled in.
