I relaxed on the beach watching the sunset for several hours. The weather was great and I couldn't help but fall asleep in the warm heat of the sun. I was awakened by two moose heading from the trail directly to the water. They probably would have stepped on me if I didn't hear them in time. My heart racing, the large buck maybe twenty feet behind me, I grabbed my camera and snuck around and took cover in the brush. We all froze for some time then this buck walked to the shoreline where I clicked off a few photos before they headed back to the safety of the forest.
