When I arrived in Palau, I found out the Palau Underwater Photo Festival was about to start. For an entrance fee of 75 US$, I could get a hands on introduction to underwater photography, free rental of a camera, some rolls of film, 4 seminars by professionals and of course a T-shirt! I never used an underwater camera before, but it sounded like a great deal, so I joined.
