I was in Bangkok in Nov 2001. Weather is unseasonably cool while i was there. Headlines screamed-"Frost in Chiang Mai", etc, well you get the picture. However, it remained comfortably cool in Bangkok, which is more known for its hot and humid weather and traffic jams than anything else.
