Adventures in Crete
Although my stay in Crete was limited to 4 days while returning from my second Persian Excursion of 2004 (deployment to the Persian Gulf aboard the mighty Queerbarge-actually the USS Kearsarge, LHD-3), I still managed to get (unintentionally) completely trashed, see beautiful scenery and archeological sites, go on a 18 km hike, and run around naked on a beach.
