Bonito is about 250km South of Campo Grande in Mato Grosso do Sol. It is an area that is very rich in dolomitic limestone which gives the water an amazing clarity. The area has been developed into a tourist attraction for many Brazillians and an international airport and 5 star hotels are under construction. The main attractions are the amazing limestone rivers which are full of fish which you can swim with (under strict control). I was there in June, which is off season, but the waether was perfect.
