Yes, I agree that it is too expensive. There are lots of other better ones. I know of one contact who rent out rooms for short term stay. Very accessible to city, can try calling +65-91476760 for Chris, email address chris@avixpro.com. Only about S$200 per week and is renewable if you want to extend your stay.
