We were on a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands and made a 1 day stop on Maui. We were told the thing to do on Maui was to bike ride down Haleakala Volcano. While I am an experienced bike rider my wife is not a rider or athletically inclined so she was a little hesitant. A tour company recommended by the cruise line picked us up at the pier and took us with 10 other cruise passengers to the top of the volcano along with bikes for everyone.
