Several of my fellow photo-workshop participants photograph the courtshop of puffins on the edge of a Desjneva Bay cliff under the guidance of Frans Lanting (with hand to face), one of our instructors. Frans, who has photographed a story on puffins for the National Geographic Magazine, told us what to look for, and how to best picture puffin behavior.
