Dancer in the red dress, Mainapilgino<br> Kamchatka picture - We formed a huge circle around the dancers at Mainapilgino. Because of this, I had to get way down and shoot up in order to keep my fellow travelers out of the background of my pictures. At one point I even had to lie down on the ground in order to get low enough to keep the background clear. While I was on the ground, a dog came over and licked my face and camera, much to the enjoyment of the large crowd. Then this dancer in the bright red dress moved directly overhead, while other dancers swayed and sang behind her, allowing me to incorporate three expressive hand gestures into this picture.
