I found this man standing alone on a bluff overlooking the Bering Sea at Mainapilgino. I showed him my camera and asked if I could make his picture. He smiled, and hands folded, he patiently stood before me with great dignity while I made a number of photographs. His hair flows out of a red knit hat. He wears a sport jacket, a blue sweater, and a wrist watch. Who is he? How has he made his livelihood? Good pictures usually offer more questions than answers.
