It's even played in the remote Siberian village of Yandrakanot, a place where there are no roads, no airports, and where there are only a very few weeks out of the year when the weather is good enough to play. The day we visited, the weather was perfect, but I saw nobody shooting hoops. Everyone in town seemed to be occupied with our visit.
