I am writing this tribute to David and everyone else involved with worldisround, you get my vote for website of the year. I have had many hours of pleasure visiting places I may never see in my life. To show your appreciation to worldisround please add a comment on just how great I am sure you think this website is. As a blatant plug after you have done then please visit some of my articles I have contributed. 3 cheers for David on your wonderful creation.! Best Site "worldisround.com"
worldisround is by far my favorite site. I enjoy makind slideshow screensavers for myself and others and when I do I practically live here. I've created beautiful New England screensavers, Boston, Ireland and I'm currently making a New York screensaver for my mom. She's a native New Yorker currently stuck in Texas and misses home so she'll love it. Thanx everyone for your generous time in uploading such beautiful pictures. Well, back to work. There's soooooooo many pictures of New York. Zoey.

I agree with all previous comments as to why this site should be (and is, in my opinion) the website of the year! This is one of the few sites I check on a daily basis, without fail! And, Dave continues to improve the site and add new features and he's always been immediate in his response to technical questions and issues. Great job, Dave!

Invaluable asset
David has given us an asset that is truly invaluable. Nowhere else on the web can we post impressions of our own travels for others to share along with useful articles. We can also use this site to learn about the art of travel photography from thoughtful images posted by people around the world, as well as from their comments about our own submissions. David has created a vast community of travel photographers that benefits all of us. Website of the year, indeed!

Yes, Worldisround is indeed a great website. Thanks to Dave and all involved. I think it would be better if I can see the reply from the creater of the article I had commented in my work page instead of going back to the article to see if there were reply. In this way, the Worldisround would be more interactive and more "ROUND". This is my humble opinion. Thanks again.

Unbelievable !!! This site has so much to offer that one can't help but visit it atleast once daily.
