I visited Malta twice in 2004, in April on the USS Bataan, and in July on the USS Kearsarge. Malta has been inhabited for many thousands of years, and has many historical and cultural points of interest. Unfortunately, many of my shipmates just spent hundreds of dollars getting trashed at St. Julian's.
