A visit to the colorful Yates Cider Mill in Rochester Hills, Michigan is the perfect way to spend an Indian Summer Day. The mill, which is still powered by the water wheel today, is a picturesque place to snap photos and grab delicious treats such as candy apples, popcorn, home-made fudge, taffy and of course, apple cider! Take pictures by the pumpkin patch, feed the goats, or stroll down the lane while you feast on your goodies. Just watch out for the yellow jackets - they're everywhere, trying to dive bomb into your cup of cider for a sip!
