I mocked up the radiator again to check the fit of the home fabricated upper aluminum radiator hose and corresponding homemade aluminum radiator 90 deg inlet. A PVC pipe version of a home fabricated lower radiator hose can be seen as well. The PCV version will be duplicated in 1.75" aluminum tubing. The stock power steering high pressure hose that I modified by replacing the hard line section, fits perfectly and is secured to the X-member with a home fabricated aluminum mount and clamp. I replaced the supplied wiring to the headlights and engine fan with larger conductors.
