<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> Rolling The Rear Cockpit Edges<br> picture - Here is the process: Sand the gelcoat with 40 grit paper and clean with lacquer thinner. Apply Rage Gold in sections using the PVC mold. After each section is layed down, beat the section with a wire brush to find any voids. Follow with a skim coat of Rage to work out the seams and fill any voids. Using a razor blade before the rage is completely cured, back-cut the end of each secion at a 45 deg angle to allow the next section to interlock behind it. This keeps the seams from cracking later. When you get to the curved sections near the doors, fill the area repeatedly with Rage. When at the correct height, use a piece of the 1&#34; split PVC as a &#34;spatula&#34; to shape the Rage when it&#39;s almost cured. It takes several layers to build it to the correct height. Get the correct curve by glueing a piece of 40 grit inside a section of split PVC and use that to sand a consitant radius. </div></nolayer></noembed>
