<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> Hood Trimmed and Centered To Body<br> picture - 3/11/06 I trimmed the hood edges to set the required 3/16&#34; gap. The hoop scoop was not centered and it did not run parallel to the center line of the hood. Attempts to correct that added 2 days to the project. I used a laser level and strings to align the hood. The windshield was installed and that required adjusting the body cut-out on the passenger side by moving it toward the drivers side by 3/8&#34;. NOTE: Later I found the front part of the frame that supports the radiator and quck jacks was bent torward the drivers side by 3/8&#34;. I used a big hammer to beat it back into alignment and the body mounted straighter on the frame. NOTE: I was never able to get eliminate the hood scoop skewed toward the passenger side so I cut it off and installed a bolt-on scoop. Pics later on in the build. </div></nolayer></noembed>
