5/1/06 - I'm extending the hood 1.5" under the scoop. This mess is a fiberglass form to produce a 0.125" thick fiberglass part that I can bond to the existing hood and extend it under the scoop. I molded it on the hood in front of the scoop so the finished part would have the exact curve I needed. I protected the hood with aluminum foil and wax paper. I will trim this piece down to fit and glass it inside the hood scoop on the lower deck.
