The doors need to be fared into the body sides and the gaps set. Exhaust and side vent cutouts are done. The body is shimmed at the lower mounting points and cross checked for side-to-side accuracy. Again, I say it's all a compromise. The objective is set the parts for the best fit and for the least amount of body filler.
