Polishing all visible aluminum panels
picture - 12/04, I made the decision early on to polish all the alumunim panels that show - about 30 of them! Here's the process I used: First buff with hard stitched wheel and tripoli stick. Then buff with a 7" wool bonnet and Mother's Aluminum polish. To keep the parts looking good, clear coat with something. Choices are: clear anodizing (foggy), Bright Dip anodizing (bright but satin finish), clear powdercoat (orange peel), SharkHide (what I ultimately used).
