Welcome to my FFR MKIII Roadster build site. The purpose of this site is to document my build process chronologically. The build is a series of steps not always following a rigid order or schedule and is guided by the seasons, what I'm interested in working on at the momement, and my available time. Emphasis is placed on DIY paint and body work, DIY options and mods. For those unfamiliar with the 1965 427 Shelby AC Cobra, here is the look I'm going for! This particular car was one of my inspirations for the build. I'm installing A/C and heat and power steering and power brakes. My goal is to build a high performance vintage replica using a combination of high tech and old school. The car will be fast, safe, and easy to drive. FFR did a customer profile on me.
