Completed The Cockpit Insulation<br> picture - 11/19/06 - This is a shot of the insulated cockpit. I used a closed cell foam material coated on both sides with aluminum called Low-e. It's better than the stuff Loews sells. For glue I used 3M spray automotive trim cement and 3M black weather stripping contact cement. The seams are closed with a combination of aluminum and stainless steel metal tapes.
