Carpet Installed Overhead View picture - Note the leather surging on the tranny "saddle" carpet. Only the top of the tranny cover is glued to the carpet. If I need access later to adjust the ebrake cable or change the speedo drive gear in the tranny, I can lift the edges and get to the screws under the sides of the carpet. Then the entire cover and carpet saddle come off and slide backward for removal.
