In this shot, the silver is already sprayed on the center of the car and the stripes are masked off. It took me 4 hours to lay out and mask the stripes. I used the scribe marks I put on the panel edges months ago when I laid out the stripes while the body was mounted to the car for the final fitting. The painter is shooting the first of the 5 coats of blue. We used 3.5 (unreduced) quarts of the indigo base.
