01/05, I removed the old EFI fuel pump and fabricated a 3/8" metal tube to take its place. The tube was sweat soldered to the existing connection for the old fuel pump. I had to cut off the nipple where the old rubber hose fit to get the 3/8" tube to slide over. I also soldered a 3/8" extension on the output tube. Marine grade 3/8" fuel line will run from the output tube to a Fram gas filter. NOTE: I tried to install this into the tank and found the curved lower pick-up tube hits one side of the mounting hole in the tank. The solution was to heat the solder on the tube and rotate the tube in place by 180 deg so it follows the curve of the existing metal support bracket. It fits fine now.
