I used this layout to drill the holes for the windhield wiper boxes. The holes were drilled at about a 45* angle slanting from the front and downward so the box's threaded part would fit at the correct angle to match the metal sleeve on the outside. Those black squares used as referrences are the windshield mounting side posts. There is a rubber sleeve on the inside of the body but in my case it was 40 years old and cracking badly. I made new sleeves from a piece of 3/4 flexable black PVC used in sprinkler system purchased from Home Depot.
