I use this aluminum threaded block and its brass bolt to check the ride height. It's an unrelated part from an MRI scanner and just happens to do the job here. After adjusting the bolt to contact the bottom of the frame, I pull the device out and measure it with a tape. Also visible is the aluminum tray pan I fabricated to dress up the area under the engine. The extra panel I made and insulated to fill in the area on the side of the radiator is shown as well. Ride height is set at 4 3/8" in front and 4 3/4" in back.
