This is what started the Cobra bug
picture - My dad had a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger (also a Shelby modified British car) when I was in the 8th Grade and I wanted that car so bad. I bought this 1967 Tiger several years ago and later sold it because it was poorly restored. At that point I started reseaching Cobra replicas and I decided to build my own car so I would be able to control every aspect of the quality and execution. Now a statistic - For comparison, my FFR 427 Cobra is 7" longer overall, has a 4" longer wheelbase, has twice the horsepower, and weighs 400 pounds LESS than the original 1965 Tiger with the 260 V8 Ford engine. Do the math!
