05/02/05 - Finally obtained all the pulleys, mounts/tensioner, and hardware from various used sources. Repainted everything. Alternator is a G3 95 amp, and power steering pump is from a 2000 Explorer. The Mustang pump's fittings are clocked wrong for this setup and will hit the A/C compressor. Quality Roadsters supplied the cool mount for the a/c compressor and power steering pump. I polished it and coated it with SharkHide sealant. The alternator requires a special Ford D-shapped plug to connect it to the American Autowire wiring harness. The plug is available from NAPA for about $15.
