Finished the custom modifications to the mid '60's big block Ford expansion tank and installed it using the home fabricated brackets and aluminum tubing. Went "old school" on the heating system using home made copper plumbing and fittings. Also relocated the A/C dryer to the top of the passenger footbox and away from the exhaust heat. I rebuilt the heater water solenoid valve to shut off the water when de-energized. The valve supplied with the A/C system worked backwards in my opinion, needing power to stop the flow of water to the heater. The NO and NC relay terminals on the heater water control needed to be swapped to allow the valve to work correctly after the mod.
