I arrived safe and sound in Milan (albeit tired and stiff) and I quickly got the hell out of the chaotic metropolis the Italians call a "functioning city" and headed to Lugano Switzerland. The third largest banking center in the country, the ritzy Lugano offers all the dolce vita of Italy with the efficiency and cleanliness of Switzerland: I liked it immediately.
