One morning on my way home from work I went for a drive to get some pics. Near the Submarine Corporation (which build our subs), this Black Shouldered Kite was hovering over me then perched on this bush. I slowly moved closer to him while taking pictures, I got within 20 feet before he flew away. They feed on mice and can swallow them whole.
