this is the Tokyo-Metropolitan-Government-Office-Building-That-Doth-Carry-The -Longest-Name-Ever. seriously. this thing had a ridiculously long name. but the japanese being the quirky fun people that they are, then christened it the 'to-cho'. so there you are. :)
