Kuala Lumpur Memories Aug. 2002

Yes, they are rather bold. In fact, they fear nothing if they see anything edible in your hands. I was carrying a polybag full of cut fruit. There was a tug of war of nearly two minutes till the bag tore and I lost! The monkeys don't bother you if you are carrying anything other than food though. (bottle of water, camera etc.)

Thanks for writing about your experiences.Very informative. I had one question. Do they have hot showers in KL airport, as they do in Singapore airport. My husband and I are leaving on 14th Dec to KL.Also,could you bargain(and by ho wmuch) in Chinatown, and could you get Tamil DVD'S and VCD's. It would really help if you could reply before we leave. Thanks
