The sound of flowing water from the waterfall, the nature, greenery, bird sounds, it was like being in heaven. The frolicking crowds mercifully did not have radios with them, a curse in popular weekend resorts in India. Only my son was terrified: we'd told him we'd see bears, snakes and so on. Throughout, he kept whimpering 'lets get out of here'. The only wildlife we saw were a few cats, and one or two monkeys.
