The Emerald triangle is Humbolt, Mendocino, and Trinity counties, not Shasta. Shasta county borders only Trinity to the East.

This soothing place can be found in Northern California, although the fauna is very reminscent of many plases I have been. Shasta, Mendocino and Humboldt are three gorgeous places that bring a wonderful sense of peace.
