Moroccan Port Cities

We have been to Moroocan ports several times. Our first time was in Tangier, which really turned out to be the most interesting of all. We went to Casablanca twice. We did some sightseeing and some shopping. By the way, there really is a Rick's Café. Agadir was interesting. It was nice to see how the Moroccans were able to build a fancy resort city on the beach. The beach is really grand.

Dear Joan--- Loved your photos! I've traveled to Morocco many times--- sometimes from Spain, other times from the USA. Marrakesh, Agadir and the cities of the south are my favorites. The reason Agadir is so modern was due to the devastating earthquake there that totally destroyed the old city. The kasbah on top of the mountain was one of the few buildings not destroyed.
