I travelled to Mallorca with my syster just after Eastern. The trip was about my first organised trip where I only needed to get me and my backpack to the airport. Result: it might be my last that kind of trip... or may be I won't be travelling to a place like that for a while. Reason? One may wonder...

I went to Palma many years ago, it was lovely then! Sorry to hear about the drunk tourists. I bo't some pearls, but some years later,the coverings came off them! So, a bargain to resist, perhaps?

majorca
Majorca is so busy in summer that even I think its to crowded.I came here for a nice and relaxing holiday and i ened up gettin squished most off the time because of the beaches nd shops were so crowded.

I went to Mallorca about 5 years ago, with an organized tour. My experience was wonderful. We were at the El'Arenal, Magalluf side of the island. The beach was beautiful, the food was great, I would love to go back there.

I went to Palma Nova just because of the beaches. Our hotel was in the city of Palma. Actually, our timing was about the perfect or maybe we should have travelled there a week later (then it'd have been warmer). When we were there the tourist season was about to start: there were more locals than turists and in bars and restaurants one needed to order in Spanish... "dos copas de vino tinto, por favor!"

I really hated Mallorca and especially Palma Nova that is certainly one of the ugliest beach resort in the World, both regarding architecture and the general atmosphere, so superficial. When we know that Balear islands are considered as a paradise by most of European people, it just gives to laugh...or to cry... Did you have the chance to meet any locals or only drunk tourists ? But still, a few of your shots may turn the place attractive to those who've never been there.
