TRIP DATE: Jan 21, 2005 to Feb 3, 2005

SYNOPSIS: It just keeps getting better and better. It's a nice place, plain and not fancy. We had no complaints about the food. It (the food) is pretty good, simple and not gourmet. I gained 15 lbs! OUCH! The staff is friendly and obliging. They remembered us from previous visits. Management seems to care. The entire "team" seems stable from year to year. Most staff have been around for years. Amazin
i got back off holiday today and we stayed at the fun royale. it was amazing, all the staff were brilliant specially: angel, domingo, spaghetti, andres, james, vinny, bibi, carmel, anthony, bladamere, safi, jose and aneudy. shows were amazin as well, high qwality dancing. all animators were a brilliant laugh

Fun Royale is Awsome ! ~
I stayed at the Fun Royale for a week and I thought it was the best ! The best part was the staff : Damingo, Macho Macho , Salami , the dancers and (L) SPAGHETTI !!!! (L) Spaghetti was the best, you'll understand when you meet him. In total it was really good.

I just got back today from Fun Royale and I am already planning my next trip!! I had the time of my life and the guys (animation team) work so hard!! Macho Macho is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!! and I love Salami too!! What an amazing place!!

the best holiday we have ever had! the best staff included blanco, jonni, domingo, spaghetti and macho macho! we recomend this resort for EVERYONE! going back next year can't wait to see everyone again! staff are soo friendly rooms are cleans food is excellent and soo is the beer! x x x

Great Review and Great Place!
My husband and I just came back (Mar 19-26/2005) and your review was BANG ON!

We especially loved the peacocks roaming the grounds and I had a soft spot for all the kittens!

We stayed in "D" wing and we LOVED our room. We didn't have a fridge the first night but that was quickly solved the next day when I asked Carlos at the front desk. Within 2 hours we had our fridge!

We're already planning next year's trip and plan on taking our 2 oldest kids with us (13 & 14 yrs old).

My famiy has been traveling to Fun Tropicale (which has not always been its name)for the past 20 (yes, 20!) years. We have literally watched the resort grow from the ground up. We are scheduled for a 20th aniversary trip in Feb. 2005, and we can't wait! Your review is extensive but right on target. I enjoyed reading it as I get more and more psyched to return! Thanks for the work you put into this site. Great Job!

Bob, What an outstanding video review of what looks to be a "fun" resort. The beach scenes are very inviting. Rotissere chicken?? Gotta have it!!!

Excellent "travel report" !
