Monterey Bay may not have the best ingredients for a great dive 'coz the condition here is mediocre such as: underwater visibility is poor with the water very cold, it's devoid of fishes & coral reefs, the surrounding sceneries is not tropical unlike in so many other dive spots of the world, & etc. However, Monerey Bay has an expansive kelp forest & lots of colorful [& cute] starfishes!
